I usually wear my hair in long wavy curls to channel my inner old Hollywood glamour. With wavy curls should come long, luscious, volumizing lashes. In an effort to match the lashes to the ‘do, I stopped in one of the salons and minutes later came out with individual lashes that is supposed to last a month. Within a week, I had scissors to my eyes trying to cut each faux lash out. The ones that I couldn’t cut out, I tried to rip out — my poor eye lids.
In the moment of despair, I was given a tube of the new Organic Glam Mascara from the Organic Pharmacy. You would have thought it was the last meal or something similar. When I first tried the mascara, I achieved my look after three applications. I looked like a vixen, but when I arrived at work, the mascara was smeared near the corner of my eyes. It was the weirdest thing. The next day, I tried the mascara and after three strokes, the vixen returned — minus the smear. I actually like this mascara, you’ ll be surprised at what natural waxes, gums, vitamins and botanicals can do to glam up lashes.
I would recommend this product minus the hefty $35 dollar price tag. But, the price tag doesn’t negate the fact that this 60% organic mascara is free of artificial colors and frangraces, safe for the eyes (especially with my contact lenses) and chemical free.
