Yesterday, Calgon started an online youtube video contest and they want you to submit a 60-second video about a moment when you wanted to shout “Calgon, Take Me Away?!?” The Grand Prize winner will receive an experience worth $1,000 specifically designed to meet their personal Take Me Away! needs. Everyone who enters the contest will receive a full-sized Calgon product (while supplies last). The contest ends on December 19.
Whether you are having a bad hair day, experiencing an embarrassing fashion mishap or managing the stresses of work and motherhood, Calgon wants you to capture these moments on video and submit them for a chance to truly be “taken away.” The grand prize will meet the personal needs of the winner, ranging from a spa trip for a stressed out mom to a personal shopper for the fashionably challenged and will be announced in January 2011.
