Win an Adult Dance Class from the Harlem School of the Arts

Whatever type of dance you’re interested in, the Harlem of the Arts (HSA) would like to offer you a chance to test out their performing chops!

HSA’s Adult Classes are brand new and there are 3 classes to choose from:

• For the Ballet lover: This class implements the Balanchine Method, which is characterized by intense speed, deep plie, and a strong accent on lines.
• For the Beginner Dancer: There is an introductory level Horton class—which is a technique that emphasizes a whole body, anatomical approach to dance that includes flexibility, strength, coordination and body and spatial awareness to enable unrestricted, dramatic freedom of expression.
• And, then there’s Zumba: The one-of-a-kind fitness program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an amazing calorie-burning “workout in disguise.”

Location: HSA is conveniently located in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem at 645 Saint Nicholas Avenue at 141st Street, NYC 10030. HSA is easily accessible via public transportation: very close by the A, C, B, D trains at 145th Street.
