I came across a picture of me in November 2011 that blew my mind away! It was the mirror that I needed to see so that I would not regress. Although I had a baby earlier that year there was no excuse for my size. As women we get into a comfort zone and battle with our roller coaster-like weights. This past weekend, I baptized my son and my sister took a picture of me before we headed out. The side by side pic that I put together has become my continual motivation to eat right and stay fit.
Its important that we love ourselves at any size ladies! But its most important to feel comfortable in our own skin. I wanted to share with you that whatever we put our minds to we can accomplish. #WOMENRULE! I was fabulous at almost 200lbs and now I feel even more fabulous 30 lbs lighter. I still have some more weight to shed but for now: I AM LOVING ME!
I so miss my cookies and my cheeseburgers, but I have a bigger purpose in Life! Keeping FIT AND HEALTHY for my little Man!

You look great! I am encouraged because I am just starting the same journey, hoping to lose about 25 pounds.
Thank you so much! It wasn’t easy and there were definitely times that I just did not want to keep going on my road towards the new me! But it’s about how much you can push yourself. Setting no limits and no real expectations. Just doing it!
